Comfortable Gym

I can only speak for myself, a 55 year old, who isn't interested in being involved in gyms that are filled with young hard bodies and then the staff disappears once the ink dries on the contract.  That's what appealed to me so much about Curves -- it was "safe" -- no judgment whatsoever, and Kelly was there every day pushing us and cheering us on.  I was very surprised to find the atmosphere at your gym to be without judgment as well, and the classes have wonderful instructors who push you and cheer you on.
